My Oprah and Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience Attempt

Okay, so if you post something to your blog, it becomes real, right? A real thing that you have to do or face shame and embarrassment on the flip side? That's how the Internet works I think.

So I'm going to attempt to do this 21-day meditation experience doohickey that Oprah and Deepak (first name basis, y'all) are sponsoring and hopefully make it to the end. I've already found myself thinking, What if the meditations turn out to be really, really long and I don't have time?
