Eating up this creamy Blue d'Auvergne from France (made from cow milk) and this spicy Valdeon (made from goat and cow milk) from Spain this Friday afternoon. (Purchased at the lovely Antonelli's in Hyde Park.) Stinky. Moldy. Delicious. Amazing. Blue cheese.
